WORKOUT 1

Your team score is the total time of all athletes.  If an athlete does not finish within the allocated time, their time will be the 20 minute time cap + 1 second for every remaining rep. 

  • For example, if an athlete has 5 reps left, their time will be 20:05.

Example Scoring:
Athlete 1 completes WOD 1 in 15:00 minutes
Athlete 2 completes WOD 1 in 16:00 minutes
Athlete 3 completes WOD 1 in 14:00 minutes
Athlete 4 completes WOD 1 in 13:00 minutes
The score would be 58:00 minutes for the team


WORKOUTS 2 & 3

This workout is scored by the total 9 Rep Max between the two members of the same gender.

Example Scoring:  
Male 1 does 5 Reps at 220 & Male 2 does 4 Reps at 250, the score is 470.
Female 1 does 3 Reps at 130 & Female 2 does 6 Reps at 180, the score is 310.


WORKOUT 4

This workout is scored as the combined total time, to the nearest whole second, by all team members.  

Example Scoring:  
Athlete 1 completes 500m in 2:00
Athlete 2 completes 1000m in 4:00
Athlete 3 completes 2000m in 8:00
Athlete 4 completes 5000m in 17:00
The score would be 31:00 for the team.


WORKOUTS 5 & 6

Workout 5 is scored by the combined time for Male 1 and Female 1 performing “Double DT”. 

  • For example, if Male 1 does "Double DT" (10 full rounds) in 15:00 minutes and Female 2 does Double DT (10 full rounds) in 16:00 minutes, their score for workout 5 is 31:00 minutes.

Workout 6 is scored by the combined time for Male 2 and Female 2 performing “Heavy DT”.

  • If Male 1 does "Heavy DT" (5 full rounds) in 9:00 minutes and Female 2 does "Double DT" (5 full rounds) in 8:00 minutes, their score for workout 6 is 17:00 minutes.

All versions of the workout have a 17 minute time-cap per athlete. If an athlete does not finish within the allocated time, their time will be [17 minute time cap] + 1 second for every remaining rep. 

  • For example, If an athlete has 10 reps left, their time will be 17:10. If the other athlete for the same WOD finishes at 14:00, their time would be 31:10 for the workout.


WORKOUTS 7-10

Workouts 7-10 are scored by the total time it takes each athlete to perform their selected workout.  If an athlete does not complete the workout within the time cap, the score will be reps completed.
All versions of the workout have a 25 minute time-cap.

Example Scoring:
Athlete 1 completes Workout 1 in 8:05 minutes, score is 8:05 minutes
Athlete 2 completes Workout 2 in 9:25 minutes, score is 9:25 minutes
Athlete 3 completes Workout 3 in 7:30 minutes, score is 7:30 minutes
Athlete 4 completes Workout 4 in 10:15 minutes, score is 10:15 minutes
